Use of Services MONEYGO TECHNOLOGY LIMITED., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, (MONEYGO) offer MONEYGO services to you, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Taiwan or other applicable jurisdiction. In order to access certain services, you may be required to provide current, accurate identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process and/or continued use of MONEYGO services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify MONEYGO of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. MONEYGO cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.

Salary Remittance
MONEYGO is the subcontractor of the manpower agency company, we provide MONEYGO service for manpower company who deputy the remittance of foreign workers salaries back to their country. Manpower company is legal and with licence company. User who apply for this service must in accordance with the law of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act Article 5-3 and the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Act (Foreign Exchange Operations) Article 35-1-2.

• Who is using this service, must register as a MONEYGO member
• Member of MONEYGO must provide valid Alien Resident Certificate copy
• On the Alien Resident Certificate copy must present clear name, ID number and residential address
• Manpower company have the right to present the above information to Central Bank of the Republic of China for examine and audit.
• Manpower company have the right to audit and examine recipients bank account.

MONEYGO provide the exchange rate here is only for your reference. The real prices are according to the prices when manpower company execute the foreign exchange transaction. To prevent the unnecessary mistakes and loss, please make sure that the transaction information is correct before you confirm the transaction.

Risks
The exchange rate will fluid anytime. According to the rate fluid, the money of amount that you are transferring might increase or reduce the value. Therefore, the transfer service existed the risk of value loss. It might be pre-existing the uncertainty and unaware extra risks in our users’ terms. Users have to carefully assess the financial states that can be accepted the risks for rate fluid.

Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
The service of copyright is owned by © 2016 MONEYGO. All the trademark and service are properties of 速匯金. It cannot be used by anyone without the MONEYGO department of law affairs permit or authorize. The service, information of communication, publish and upload, which all belong MONEYGO exclusive properties. Anyone cannot copy, do reverse engineering, disassembly, and modify; cannot create any derivative goods based on the service, either. Anyone cannot delete any copyright, trademark, others exclusive notifications or graphical symbols of Intellectual property rights; also cannot delete any contents in the service.

Responsibility Limited
Allowing by law, MONEYGO won’t take any responsibility of damages, which are profits losing, revenue losing, business losing, opportunities losing, data losing, Indirect or causation loss; unless the loss is based on negligence, deliberately deceives or mistakes. Users cannot prevent any of the parties responsibility that cause fraud , death, or personal hurt; which according the deceives, the loophole in the law, without limited by law, or any exclude responsibility out of law.

Reparations
If you (1) use our service (2) go against this agreement, and (3) break the low to cause any reparation、responsibility from any corporate partner (include but not limit in lawyer fee), and you are agree to indemnify MONEYGO corporation and our branch office、supervisor、director and any our employee or consultant for offering the defend from being assail. MONEYGO will keep the right to reserve the self-pay for join the court debate or process solving. MONEYGO reserve the right to report any illegal activity to government agency.

Others
If we cannot offer the service that list in the agreement due to uncontrollable factor, include but not limit in irresistible cause and the change of sanction policy. We do not offer the service according to the agreement and stop the product immediately.

Modify Conditions
MONEYGO reserve the right to modify or interrupt、eternal stop the service( or any part of the service), no need to inform. You agree that MONEYGO has no responsibility for stop the service and close the app service to you and other third party.

Statement
You agree that MONEYGO can inform you via email、regular mail or the declaration that put up on the MONEYGO service conditions.
